High Protein Diet

 BreakFast

  1. Protien PankCakes: Mix Oats + Egg Whites + Whey Protein + Milk + PeaNut Butter + Banana 
  2. Srambled Eggs: Eggs + Milk + Salt + Pepper + Chili + Spinach
  3. Oats : Oats + Milk + Frozen Berries + Cinnamon + banana
Mix Scrambled eggs + Tuna Can + Sardines
Pasta + Sardines + Tomotoes + Walnuts + Olive Oil + Lemon +

Protein Bar: Whey Protein + Peanut butter


Snack
Yogurt: Yogurt + Whey Protein + Frozen Berries


Dinner:
Mince Patty : Extra Lean Mince + Eggs + Spices + Salt + Pepper. Mix it well. Make Patty. . Add a dimple in middle. Put Cheese on cooked side (add water and steam to melt cheese)

Beef : Cut into cubes + turmeric + chilli powder + Salt + pepper. Oil + Garlic and pan fry. Add Red Capsicum + Brocalli + Brown Rice + lemon. 

Salmon : Marinate with Soysouce + honey. Grill brown onion + Mushrooms + Fish.
Brush with Olive Oil + pepper. 
Garlic + SoySoce + PineApple + Honey + vinegar + lemon Juice + Ketchup 

Marinates:
Salontro Marinate : Olive Oil + Garlic + Chilli Sauce + Koriander 
Asian Marinate: SoySouce + Garlic + Ginger + Honey + Sesame oil
Meditaren : oliv oil + lemon juice + Salt + Pepper + Garlic + Koriander

Brown Rice 
Quinoa

Shredded Chicken + Soup
Scrambled eggs + Bacons + tomoto

Chicken Biryani + Curd


Salads
Avacados : Avacado + Lemon + Salt + Pepper + Tomoto + Red Onion

Chop Spinach + Baby Tomoatoes + Cucumber + Lemon + Musturd + Olive Oil + Vinegar

Chicken Grill
Musturd + Lemon + Leaves
Curry Powder + Cumin + garlic 
Garlic + Lemon + Leaves + Ginger
